At The Counseling Corner, we’re proud to offer a unique, 10-month Undergraduate Psychology Internship for motivated students studying psychology and social work looking to enter graduate school in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychiatry or related fields. Since 1998, we’ve helped prepare the next generation of therapists and mental health leaders to serve their communities with compassion, excellence, and real-world skill.
💡 What You’ll Gain:
Graduate School Readiness: Engage in weekly hours (14–20 hrs/week, 2–3 shifts) that give you a powerful foundation for your future graduate program.
Mentorship: Participate in one-on-one and small-group discussions with our highly trained licensed therapists. Learn directly from seasoned professionals about the field, clinical cases, specialized training, and real-world practice.
Real-World Private Practice Business Experience: Go beyond textbooks. Gain hands-on exposure to actually help run a private practice and get to pick the brains and work closely with some of the brightest, most compassionate, and highly trained therapists in the field—professionals doing the hard work of healing and transformation every day.
Professional Growth: Develop confidence, clarity, and competence in your career path—all while serving a real community in need.
